Kneaded by Lady J is an artisanal bread company in Brielle, NJ specializing in a variety of breads in small batches and grazing boards & tables.

Our ingredients are of the highest standard and sourced from premier partners. We specialize in sourdough, wild yeast, ancient grains and natural leavening containing little or no commercial yeast. Our flour is locally sourced and not fortified or bleached.

Our process models from same process and ingredients that have been used for thousands of years. Lady J then adds a modern twist on old traditions in bread making, incorporating superfood powders, unique herbs and flowers and other special ingredients to create edible works of art. We truly are a bread company like no other.

Sourdough, Ancient Wheat, Honey Lavender Wheat, Challah, Bagels, Pretzels, Focaccia Gardens, Rye, Pumpernickel, Baguettes, Semolina, Challah Cinnamon Rolls & so much more!

We offer weekly selections available to the public in small batches via online ordering. Our charcuterie presentations (what we call "Grazing Boxes & Boards") are second to none and are what all our clients are raving about!
